AirPlot is a simple data logger for the iPhone that allows plotting of sensor data in real time over WiFi. Simply program your microprocessor to send (X,Y) data points to an iPhone and it will automatically be graphed by AirPlot. Mentioned below are standard features:

The AirPlot program is written to monitor sensors from popular microprocessors such as Arduino, although data from computers can also be sent readily.
